By using kunkabob.us you agree to these terms. They are deliberately plain rather than legalistic.
Using this site
This website is provided by Kun Kabob & Curry to tell you what we cook, when we are open and where we are. You are welcome to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy our photography, menu descriptions or branding to use elsewhere without asking us first.
The menu and prices
The menu on this website is there so you can see what we cook and roughly what it costs. It is a guide, not a quote. Prices, dishes and availability change, and the price shown on the ordering page at the moment you check out is the one that applies. If a dish is unavailable we will tell you before we cook anything and suggest something else.
Ordering
Orders placed through this website are completed on a separate ordering platform. That platform's own terms apply to your transaction, payment and any refunds or cancellations. We are responsible for the food; they handle the checkout.
Reservations
Submitting the reservation form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A table is only held once we have confirmed it with you by phone or email. We hold tables for fifteen minutes past the booked time before releasing them.
Allergens and dietary information
We take allergens seriously, but our kitchen handles peanut, dairy, egg and shellfish, and cross contact is possible even where we take care. Information on this website is general. If you have an allergy, speak to us directly before ordering rather than relying on anything written here.
Reviews and customer content
Reviews shown on this site are taken from our public Google Business Profile and belong to the people who wrote them. Customer videos and photographs appear with the permission of the people in them.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep everything on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise it will always be complete or error free. Opening hours in particular change around public holidays, so call us if you are travelling a distance.
Links to other sites
This site links to a few outside services, including our ordering platform, Google Maps and our social media. We are not responsible for the content or the policies of sites we do not control.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
