Good to know

Halal, spice levels, delivery, catering lead times and everything else people ask before they come in.

Eating here

Is everything halal?
Yes, one hundred percent. Every cut of meat in the kitchen is halal, with no exceptions and no separate non-halal menu. If you want to know who supplies us, ask any member of staff and they will tell you.
Do you serve alcohol?
No. Nothing alcoholic is served or used in cooking. Our mint margarita is a mint and lime cooler, and it is one of the most popular things we make.
Do you have vegetarian options?
A full section of them. Paneer, daal, chana, aloo and mixed vegetable dishes, all cooked in their own pans. Look under Vegetarian on the menu.
How spicy is the food?
Cooked to a traditional level of heat rather than toned down, but most dishes can be made milder or hotter on request. Tell us when you order and the kitchen will adjust it.
Can you take a large group?
Yes. The dining room takes long tables comfortably. For parties of ten or more, book ahead so we can set the room up properly before you arrive.
Is there parking?
Free parking on site at 1050 Bedford Street, with more on the street outside.
Do I need a reservation?
Not for most visits. Walk-ins are always welcome. Weekends and dinner service get busy, so if you have a specific time in mind it is worth booking.

Ordering

Do you deliver?
Delivery is handled by the major delivery apps. Ordering direct with us for pickup is faster and cheaper for you, since the apps add their own service and delivery fees on top of the menu price, and your food goes straight from the pass to the counter rather than sitting in a bag waiting for a driver.
How does ordering online work?
Order online and you will be taken to our ordering page, where you choose your dishes and pay. Collection is from 1050 Bedford Street. The prices there are the final ones.
Can I order ahead?
Yes, and we recommend it for anything grilled. Kebabs and tikka are cooked to order, so giving us a little notice means you are not waiting on the coals.
How do I pay?
Card on the ordering page, and card or cash in the restaurant.
My order was wrong. What do I do?
Call us on (508) 567-0792 while you are still nearby and we will put it right. If you have already got home, call anyway and we will sort something out.

Catering

How much notice do you need?
48 hours for standard trays. A week for weddings and events over a hundred guests, so we can plan the kitchen around it.
Do you deliver catering?
Yes, across the South Coast. Tell us the address when you request a quote and we will confirm whether we can reach you and what delivery costs.
What size are the trays?
Small trays feed roughly 8 to 10 people, large trays roughly 15 to 20. Those numbers are a guide, appetites vary.
Can you do a custom menu?
Yes. Tell us the guest count and any dietary needs and we will build a spread around it, including vegetarian dishes.

Good to know

What are your opening hours?
Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM to 9 PM. We are closed on Mondays.
Can you tell me about an allergen?
Ask us before you order. Our food may contain or have come into contact with peanut, dairy, egg or shellfish. Call (508) 567-0792 and we will go through a specific dish with you rather than guessing.
Do you have a dress code?
No. Come as you are.
