This policy covers the website kunkabob.us, operated by Kun Kabob & Curry, 1050 Bedford St, Fall River, MA 02723. It explains what information we collect when you use this site, what we do with it, and the third parties involved.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. There are two forms on this site:
- Table reservations — your name, phone number, email address, party size, and the date and time you want.
- General enquiries and catering quotes — your name, email address, the subject, and whatever you write in the message box.
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site. When you order food, checkout happens on a separate ordering platform and your payment details go to them, not to us.
What we do with it
- To confirm your reservation, by phone or email, as you asked us to.
- To answer the question you sent us.
- To prepare and price a catering quote.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you specifically ask us to. We keep reservation records only as long as we need them to manage bookings, and delete enquiry messages once the matter is closed.
Cookies
This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies, and it has no user accounts or shopping basket of its own.
Third parties
A small number of outside services are loaded when you view this site. Each of them has its own privacy policy:
- Google Fonts — the typefaces this site is set in. Loading them means your browser contacts Google.
- Google Maps — used for the maps showing where we are.
- Wistia — hosts the customer videos on this site.
- Our ordering platform — where you check out if you order food online.
- Google reviews — the reviews shown on this site are read from our public Google Business Profile.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email reservation@kunkabob.us or call (508) 567-0792 and we will deal with it. We will answer within thirty days, and normally much sooner.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle your details, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
